Asia Pacific finals
The best under-15 teams from Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia and India took part in the MUPC Asia Pacific regional finals in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia over the weekend.
Villa 2000 Football Academy from Indonesia were crowned Champions after beating Tunas Cemerlang Johor, Malaysia in the finals winning 2-0.
Villa 2000 caused an upset in the Semi’s beating tournament favourites Chonburi FC from Thailand 1-0 , while Malaysia beat the Singapore Sports School in the other Semi’s though a nail biting penalty shootout.
